Membership Application Form

In accordance with the regulations of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Fire Safety Innovation and Technology Association (hereinafter referred to as “the Association”), I hereby apply for membership. Upon acceptance and approval of my membership, I agree to abide by the Association’s constitution, rules, and regulations, pay membership fees on time, and uphold the Association’s mission to “promote the exchange and cooperation of fire safety information.

Membership Notes:

  1. The Association aims to provide members with fire safety advisory services and promote communication among members, without involving members’ personal interests, religious beliefs, political views, or other factors.
  2. The Association will only provide advisory services through its official website. The Association reserves the right to remove any content unrelated to the Association, or deemed false, misleading, or inappropriate.
  3. All fire safety advisory suggestions provided by the Association are for reference purposes only. The Association shall not bear any responsibility for such advice.
  4. All communications from the Association will be disseminated via email and the official website. Members are responsible for notifying the Association of any changes to their email address.
  5. Membership in the Association is voluntary. Members may choose to withdraw at any time.
  6. For membership fees, please refer to the appendix on the website.
